Mr Semple is a Chartered Engineer and an internationally recognised expert in assisting resource companies reach their full potential. He previously led PwC’s Mining global consulting practice and is a British national. He has recent and relevant experience in both tungsten and other commodities and has assisted companies implement process and productivity improvements at all stages including start-up, growth and turn-around phases.

He has worked with many of the world’s leading mining companies, completed initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost reduction and risk mitigation in capital projects, mining, processing, asset management, procurement and back office functions at all stages of project maturity.

He joins Wolf to assist in the final production ramp up as well as further develop the operating platform with the aim of achieving reliable steady-state production.

Andy has a degree in Mining Engineering and a Masters in Mining Geology (Camborne School of Mines), and is a Chartered Engineer.

Andy has 30 years industry experience in mining and quarrying and joined Wolf from Imerys Minerals Limited where he developed his career since 1989.

Andy has in depth knowledge and experience of the mining industry in Devon and Cornwall; in his early years he worked in the Cornish tin industry; with Imerys he managed the Karslake Superpit in Cornwall and was also the Devon Operations Manager based at Lee Moor.

Ian Reynolds

Ian Reynolds has supported the Hemerdon Project since mid-2012 and was instrumental in securing the Mining Waste Facility (MWF) Environmental Permit in December 2013; he is a Mechanical Engineer, graduating from WAIT (Curtin University of Technology), Perth, Western Australia in 1984.

Ian has significant experience in the planning, study, design, construction and commissioning of mining businesses through to managing/leading major fabrication and construction works. During the Hemerdon Project Ian was responsible for all management reporting and the development of works outside of the processing facility.

Since process plant commissioning Ian has been responsible for closing out the construction contract, the MWF variation application, maintenance management improvements and the implementation of significant process facility improvements.

Guy Cordingley

Process Plant Tecnhical Manager

Guy Cordingley holds a B.Eng (Hons) Degree in Mineral Engineering from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

He is a seasoned mining industry professional with more than 25 years of experience in operations, mineral processing, project development and process optimization.

In this role, Guy provides leadership and management guidance to support to the operations, ensuring our operational, metallurgical and maintenance teams have the information and tools they need to realize the full potential of the Drakelands processing facility.

Guy has previously held senior process management roles with Barrick at their Goldstrike and Lumwana operations, Freeport McMoRan at the Grasberg Mine as well as being the Project Process Management in the development phase of the Nui Phao Tungsten Deposit in in Vietnam.

Barnaby Hudson

Environmental Manager

Barnaby Hudson joined Wolf Minerals from African Barrick Gold where he held the post of Environmental Manager at the Buzwagi Gold Mine in Tanzania.  Barnaby has also held environmental posts in Australia with Barrick Gold, Kanowna and Barrick Gold & Newmont joint venture, KCGM.

Barnaby‘s experience includes developing and implementing Environmental Management Systems and liaising with regulatory authorities.

Barnaby holds a Bsc (Hons) in Environmental Science and ACSM from Camborne School of Mines.

Kerry Dee

Kerry Dee

Human Resources Manager

Kerry Dee started her career as a Legal Secretary in Oxford and then transferred her skills and knowledge into HR in 1996 when she relocated to Devon.

Kerry completed her CIPD post graduate diploma in human resource management with a merit award in 2013 and is an associate member of the CIPD.

Before joining Wolf Minerals, Kerry worked for 17 years  in  the food manufacturing industry, progressing from a HR Administrator to Personnel and Development Manager.  She brings with her experience of working in a 24/7 environment, change management, implementation of shift changes, specialising in recruitment, retention and succession.
